A Sierra Leonean/Liberian born and New York City based photographer who entered the industry with the goal of implicitly visualizing the unspoken, the overlooked, and that which typically resists easy documentation. The common denominator throughout his work is his keen and uncanny ability to create a visual voice while capturing a narrative that connects the audience to the subject. He is known for his versatility in capturing portraits, fine art, reportage, and still life. Bayoh is an internationally exhibited artist with exhibitions spanning Art basel Miami, New York, Londonand across South Africa.
His work has been acquired by various private collectors across the world, including the Harlem Studio Museum/MoMA’s permanent collection.
